64 páginasRESUMEN: En el siguiente trabajo se plantea un plan de negocio de un modelo de movilidad sostenible para la ciudad de Medellín. El motosharing consiste en el alquiler por minutos de motos eléctricas. En primera instancia se analizan los antecedentes del modelo y la situación actual de movilidad de la ciudad, además se evalúa el macroentorno local, nacional e internacional. A partir de esto se establecen las necesidades que requiere el proyecto y las soluciones que busca brindar. Más adelante, se desarrolla un plan de negocio para implementar el modelo con las adaptaciones del mercado de la ciudad de Medellín. Además, se describe el proceso de entendimiento y segmentación del cliente objetivo, sus necesidades y su posible demanda, esto para llegar a la descripción de la estrategia de marketing a implementar. Se obtuvo un conjunto de datos significativos a partir de entrevistas con los proveedores de mayor relevancia para el proyecto. Finalmente, se llevó a cabo un análisis financiero con el fin de evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto hacia posibles inversionistas.ABSTRACT: The following paper presents a business plan for a sustainable mobility model for the city of Medellín. Motosharing consists of renting electric scooters by the minute. First, the antecedents of the model and the current mobility situation of the city are analyzed, as well as the local, national and international macro-environment. Then, the needs that the project requires and the solutions it seeks to provide are established. Later, a business plan is developed to implement the model with the market adaptations of the city of Medellín. Additionally, the process of understanding and segmentation of the target customer, their needs and their possible demand are described, this to redact the marketing strategy to be implemented. A significant data set was obtained from interviews with the most relevant suppliers of the project.
